The Presley House, formerly known as The Blackmore House dating back to 1842, is a captivating blend of history and architecture. This colonial revival style home, boasting Louisiana plantation features, occupies a prominent corner at Main and Second in Warsaw, KY, sprawling over half a city block. It holds a distinguished place as a contributing property in the Warsaw Historic District and enjoys a spot on the National Registry of Historic Places, recognized by the United States Department of the Interior. Originally owned by Thomas Blackmore, the home passed through generations to his great-great grandson, Julian D. Gaines and his family.
